I am a Lincolnshire based oil painter, originally from Hertfordshire I moved to the East Midlands in 2004. I am largely self-taught and I returned after a break to painting in 2010. In 2018 I undertook training at the Norfolk Painting School. My work is frequently exhibited, and is currently on show in several popular galleries. I am inspired by light, space and air – something my home village has in abundance.

Before becoming a professional painter, I tried many varying roles with differing degrees of satisfaction!

My style of work can be changeable, painting as my mood suggests. My subject matter varies ranging from landscapes and skyscapes to expressionist work of animals and local scenery.

Many hours have been spent waiting, whilst my dog wanders back; giving me the opportunity to admire the expansive skies over the Norfolk coastline.
